Please be aware that this service is renewable annually for £39.00. You will receive prior notification before your renewal date, and you have the option to cancel the service at any time.
London Service Address – 12 Months
All company directors, secretaries, shareholders, and individuals with significant control are required to provide a service address (also referred to as a correspondence address) for receiving mail from government entities. This address will be listed on the public register. To protect your privacy, consider using our London address instead of your home address.

We will scan and email any correspondence from UK government bodies and court documents addressed to a company officer at no cost, on the same day we receive them.

Please be aware that this service is available for annual renewal at a fee of £26.00. We will notify you as your renewal date approaches and provide the option to discontinue the service if you choose.
London Business Address Service – 12 Months
Our mail forwarding service in London enables you to utilise our esteemed London address for your business correspondence. Having a London business address can significantly enhance your reputation and attract potential clients. We will scan and email all received mail on the same day for just 50p per item.

For valuable items, such as bank cards, we will send them to your preferred address via first-class post, with charges based on Royal Mail rates plus an additional 15%.

Please be aware that this service is available for renewal on an annual basis at a cost of £89.00. We will notify you prior to the renewal date, and you have the option to cancel the service at any time.

International Business Tracked Delivery (or, if unavailable in your country, International Business Signed Delivery) of your printed company documents is offered worldwide at no cost.

Filing of First Confirmation Statement
All companies must file a confirmation statement each year to keep Companies House informed with the latest company information.

Our service ensures that a company expert will efficiently and accurately prepare and submit your confirmation statement.

Please be aware that the Companies House filing fee of £100.00 is included in our initial service fee.

This service can be renewed annually for £125.99, which covers the Companies House filing fee. We will notify you as your renewal date approaches and offer the option to cancel if necessary.

Additionally, this service is available as part of the Full Company Secretary Service included in the All Inclusive, Non-Residents, and Non-Residents Plus packages.
GDPR Compliance Package
This essential package offers your business the necessary guidance and templates to achieve full GDPR compliance swiftly and affordably.

In May 2018, the UK implemented new laws aligned with the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which regulates the collection, processing, and storage of data by companies. GDPR greatly enhances the obligations that all businesses must fulfil when managing customer and employee information. Non-compliance can result in substantial penalties.

VAT Registration with HMRC
To register your company for VAT, we will take care of all the necessary formalities and manage the application process.

After your company is formed, we will provide you with a questionnaire to gather the information required for your VAT registration. Subsequently, we will submit your VAT registration application online.

Once your company is successfully registered for VAT, we will email you your VAT Registration Number, and HMRC will mail your VAT Registration Certificate to you.
