    This banking solution allows international transactions in 160+ countries and 40+ currencies without hidden fees or exchange rate markups. A £60 application fee applies. Account openings are subject to approval.

Alternative Banking Options:
Non-resident clients can also open business accounts in their own countries using apostilled company documents. Our Apostille Document Service can be purchased during checkout for this purpose.

Mail Forwarding:

  • Government mail (registered office and service address mail) is scanned and emailed free of charge.
  • Business correspondence mail is scanned and emailed at £0.50 per item, while items of value, such as bank cards, are forwarded via Royal Mail at international postage rates plus a 15% handling fee.

What is a registered office address?

A UK-based physical address for official correspondence from Companies House and HMRC. Your company does not need to trade from this address.

What is a service address?

An address for directors, shareholders, and PSCs for official correspondence. Unlike a registered office, this address does not need to be in the UK, but it will be publicly listed.

Will my mail be forwarded to me overseas?

Yes, mail is securely scanned and emailed on the day of receipt. Items of value, such as bank cards, are posted at Royal Mail rates plus a 15% handling fee.

Can I open a UK business bank account?

Yes, our partnership simplify the process. Non-residents can open a UK account with IBAN, a sort code, account number, and multi-currency options.

What happens next?

Once your company is approved by Companies House, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions to apply for your account.
