  • This package forms companies with Ordinary shares. For multiple share classes, contact us for assistance.
  • Bank account referrals are available to companies with UK resident directors/shareholders. Non-UK residents will be offered a referral to a Revolut bank account suitable for international directors.

Are there additional costs?

If we file your confirmation statement, the Companies House filing fee of £50 is not included and will be charged separately. Additionally, business mail forwarding costs £0.50 per item scanned and emailed.

Do I need a business bank account?
