Dragonfly Associates – Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy provides a clear overview of how refunds and cancellations are handled for services purchased from Dragonfly Associates Group Ltd.
 

It is a simplified guide and should be read alongside our full Terms & Conditions, which remain the authoritative legal document.
 

Any terms used within this policy carry the same meaning as those defined in our Terms & Conditions.

1. Your Right to Cancel and Receive a Refund

You may cancel a service and request a refund within 14 calendar days of purchasing, provided that:

  • You contact us in writing within the 14-day cancellation window, and

  • We have not yet begun work on the service.

Additional Services

If no work has commenced, you may cancel within 14 days and receive a full refund.

Company Formation Services

You may cancel within 14 days only if:

  • We have not started any part of the formation process, and

  • We have not submitted your application to Companies House.

Once an incorporation application is submitted — even if rejected — the formation fee becomes non-refundable.

Registered Office, Service Address & Similar Address Services

You may cancel within 14 days if:

  • Setup has not begun.

If work has already started, you may still cancel within the 14-day period but an administrative fee of £10 + VAT per address service will be deducted, provided you do not use our address at Companies House beyond 14 days from purchase.

Delays Due to External Events

If a prolonged external event outside our control prevents us from delivering your service, you may cancel and receive a refund for any parts of the service not yet provided.

2. When You May Cancel Without Receiving a Refund

For services that renew annually or periodically:

  • You may cancel before the renewal date, but

  • No refunds will be issued for the renewal period already paid.

Some services allow cancellation at any time with appropriate written notice (usually 30 days), but payments already made are non-refundable.

3. When Dragonfly Associates May Cancel and Issue a Refund

We may cancel an order or active service and issue a refund when:

  • The service ordered cannot be delivered due to regulatory, compliance, or jurisdiction-related restrictions.

  • An order must be cancelled due to an administrative or pricing error.

  • Continuing to provide the service would place Dragonfly Associates in breach of legal, compliance, or internal policy requirements.

In cases involving high-risk jurisdictions or restricted industries, a small administrative fee may be deducted from the refund.

4. When Dragonfly Associates May Cancel Without Issuing a Refund

A refund will not be issued if cancellation occurs because the client has:

  • Failed to provide required identification, AML, or KYC documents

  • Provided incorrect, incomplete, misleading, or false information

  • Failed to provide the company authentication code where required

  • Been involved in illegal, unethical, or reputationally damaging activities

  • Prevented company formation due to omitted or inaccurate information, or failure to supply required details within a reasonable timeframe

  • Misused any Dragonfly Associates address service

Where cancellation happens for the above reasons, all associated fees are non-refundable.

5. How to Submit a Cancellation Request

All cancellation requests must:

  • Be written in English

  • Clearly identify the service you wish to cancel

  • Be submitted by the person or company that placed the order

  • Be sent by email or post

6. Additional Important Information

Please note:

  • Compliance Review Fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

  • Company Formation Fees cannot be refunded once an application is submitted to Companies House, even if rejection occurs.

  • Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 working days to the original payment method.
