Privacy Package

This package has been designed to provide peace of mind to those who do not want their home address displayed on the public record at Companies House.
We provide a London registered office and directors’ service address using our London location. All government mail is forwarded to you free of charge by scan and email.
If you require VAT registration, choose our Privacy Plus Package and we will process this on your behalf.

To register a limited company, you will need a company name, at least one director and one shareholder (both of whom can be the same person), a service address for each company officer, and a registered office address.
You must also decide how many shares you wish to issue. Our blog has a wealth of detailed guidance on the incorporation process, including information about directors, shareholders, company addresses, and shares.

Every company formation agent is required by law to verify the identities of all customers, directors, and Persons of Significant Control (PSCs) associated with the companies we incorporate.

After you submit your order, we will send personalised links to your email, allowing you and any other directors or PSCs to provide your identification.

Just one. You can incorporate, own, and manage your limited company as a sole director and shareholder, or you can set up and run it with lots of other people. It’s entirely up to you. Simply enter the name(s) of each director and shareholder on the online application form.

All companies, including non-trading and dormant companies, must file a confirmation statement at Companies House every year. This document confirms the information Companies House holds on a company is up-to-date.
Please note: This service excludes the Companies House filing fee of £50.00. If you choose to have us file your confirmation statement, at the time of filing we will take payment of £50.00 using the payment card details stored in your account.
