Every company formation agent is required by law to verify the identities of all customers, directors, and Persons of Significant Control (PSCs) associated with the companies we incorporate.

After you submit your order, we will send personalised links to your email, allowing you and any other directors or PSCs to provide your identification.

You can begin trading when your application is approved by Companies House. This usually takes no more than 24 hours, depending on Companies House current workload.
Should you require urgent company registration, we offer a Guaranteed Same Day Service that can be added to your order. If you choose to start trading immediately, you must register your company with HMRC for Corporation Tax within 3 months.

No, you get PDF digital documents only, but these can be downloaded and printed off at any time. Alternatively, you can choose the Privacy Plus Package or order paper documents from your customer area on our website at any time after incorporation.

All companies, including non-trading and dormant companies, must file a confirmation statement at Companies House every year. This document confirms that the information Companies House holds on a company is up-to-date.
Please note: This service excludes the Companies House filing fee of £50.00. If you choose to have us file your confirmation statement, we will take payment of £50.00 using the payment card details stored in your account. If you require this service separately, you can choose our Confirmation Statement Service.

Yes, the Privacy, Privacy Plus, and All-Inclusive Packages include London address services.

No, this package can only be used to register a company limited by shares, even if you simply want to reserve a company name.
If you plan to set up a non-profit organisation, you should select our Limited by Guarantee Package. This will enable you to reserve a company name and register a ready-to-trade company limited by guarantee.
If you do not wish to start trading immediately upon incorporation, you will need to contact HMRC through your local corporation tax office to state that your new company is currently dormant.

If you choose to have us file your first confirmation statement in 12 months, the Companies House filing fee of £50.00 is not included in this package, and you will need to pay this amount.
