This package includes 15 annual modifications to your company, the preparation and filing of your annual confirmation statement, upkeep of your company registers, monthly compliance support, and a dedicated account manager.

Additionally, it offers the benefits of VAT and PAYE registrations with HMRC.

Your new limited company will be ready to trade from the moment your application is approved by Companies House. The standard processing time is within 24 hours of submission; however, sometimes Companies House takes a little longer.

From a legal standpoint, it’s not mandatory. However, for practical purposes, it’s wise to open and manage a business account as soon as your new business starts trading. This will help you accurately record and track your company’s finances, making it much easier to determine your income and expenses when preparing annual accounts and tax returns. We provide referrals to UK banks, featuring a straightforward online application process.

Every company formation agent is required by law to verify the identities of all customers, directors, and Persons of Significant Control (PSCs) associated with the companies we incorporate.

The package has no hidden charges. Mail forwarding for business correspondence is £0.50 per item (scanned and emailed), and items of value are forwarded at Royal Mail rates plus a 15% handling fee.
