Yes, proof of ID and address is a legal requirement. Most clients pass our digital checks automatically. If not, documents can be uploaded securely via our system.

Are there any additional costs?

The package has no hidden charges. Mail forwarding for business correspondence is £0.50 per item (scanned and emailed), and items of value are forwarded at Royal Mail rates plus a 15% handling fee.
